Formerly the Managing Broker of the RE/MAX Properties of the Summit Keystone Resort office and Senior Listing Specialist with The Walsh Group, Susie Leavens, formed THE LEAVENS GROUP of RE/MAX Properties of the Summit as a means to better serve her clients.  "I offer my clients and customers the same great service, comprehensive marketing and attention to detail they've come to expect -- only NOW with a more personal touch." 

After growing up in Ohio and briefly living in South Carolina, Susie moved to Summit County, Colorado in 1998 and never looked back. With nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate development field, Susie made the move to residential real estate when her youngest child graduated high school in 2002.

Susie specializes in resort property throughout Summit County, Colorado.
